Small breeders are Welcome on select Puppies. But absolutely No brokers, or "Puppy mills" To me a puppy mill is someone who keep's dogs in cages all the time. That is no life, to only know the feel of wire or concrete under you feet. To go day by day, hoping that today maybe the day that someone stops and spends just a minuet with you.
